We’re looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join a fast-growing personal branding team, working with ambitious founders and high-profile individuals.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content and personal branding, and wants to build a career in the space.

You don’t need to have all the answers — we’re looking for someone with great ideas, strong communication skills and a real desire to learn and progress.

The Role

You’ll work closely with a senior team member while managing a small portfolio of clients. You’ll receive hands-on training, regular feedback and a clear path to progression.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Content Research & Ideas: Research trends, identify engaging topics and generate ideas tailored to each client.
  • Content Writing: Create compelling social content designed to grow audiences, build trust and drive engagement.
  • Design Briefing: Work with designers to turn content ideas into high-quality visual assets.
  • Client Communication: Join client calls from day one, initially shadowing and gradually taking on more responsibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor content performance, identify trends and use insights to improve future content.
  • Learning & Development: Gain exposure to areas including LinkedIn strategy, newsletters, funnels and Sales Navigator.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
