Junior Brand Manager

The Role

An exciting opportunity to join a global consumer durables business in a regional marketing role supporting brands and portfolios across various markets.

You’ll work at the intersection of brand, commercial and category marketing, translating global strategy into effective regional plans and supporting markets with launches, portfolio decisions and growth opportunities.

This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Global Marketing, local market teams, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Own day-to-day regional marketing activity across a portfolio of brands and categories
  • Analyse sales, market, consumer and category performance to identify growth opportunities and risks
  • Develop recommendations around portfolio, assortment, product launches and market priorities
  • Lead regional workstreams for new product launches, ensuring markets have everything needed for successful execution
  • Coordinate launch readiness across forecasts, assets, product information, training and commercial materials
  • Build business cases, performance reviews and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
  • Lead cross-functional projects, managing timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor competitor, category and market developments and feed these into regional priorities
  • Support the development of sales enablement tools, product materials and market toolkits
  • Build strong relationships across global and local teams and confidently influence stakeholders through data and insight

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, category, commercial or product management, ideally within consumer goods
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations
  • Experience managing projects or workstreams across multiple teams and markets
  • Experience supporting new product launches, ideally across multiple countries
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Confident working in a matrix or international environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with market data such as Circana, Nielsen or GfK is advantageous
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive, commercially curious approach and the confidence to challenge and influence
