Junior Brand Partnerships Executive - Digital Media - Up to £30K + £24K OTE

4 days per week in South West London office

The Company

Our client is a growing digital media and publishing business producing premium lifestyle content for a highly engaged UK audience. The business works with major consumer brands and agencies to create integrated advertising and partnership campaigns across digital content, social media, display, newsletters and events. Following continued commercial growth, they are looking for a Junior Brand Partnerships Executive to join their London sales team. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who already has some sales experience and wants to move further into digital media, advertising and brand partnerships.

The Job

  • You will identify and develop new business opportunities across consumer brands and media agencies.
  • You will sell integrated digital partnerships across branded content, display, social media, newsletters and wider content-led activations.
  • You will build your own pipeline through proactive prospecting across phone, email, networking and industry events.
  • You will approach new prospective clients and introduce relevant advertising and partnership opportunities.
  • You will support the development of tailored proposals based around client marketing objectives and upcoming campaigns.
  • You will manage the sales process from initial outreach through to negotiation and closing.
  • You will sell both directly to brands and through their agency partners.
  • You will take ownership of the accounts you win and help develop those relationships over time.
  • You will work closely with internal commercial, editorial and creative teams to support campaign delivery.
  • You will maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers and work towards individual revenue targets.
  • You will use CRM and prospecting platforms to manage sales activity and develop your territory.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment where activity, responsiveness and commercial ambition are highly valued.

You

  • Previous experience within a sales, business development or commercially focused role is essential.
  • Experience could come from media sales, digital advertising, events, delegate sales, publishing, sponsorship or another B2B sales environment.
  • Some exposure to digital media, advertising or brand partnerships would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Evidence that you have previously generated new business and are comfortable prospecting for new customers.
  • Confident picking up the phone and approaching businesses with whom you have no existing relationship.
  • A genuine interest in developing a career within digital media, advertising and brand partnerships.
  • Exposure to consumer sectors such as fashion, beauty, travel, retail, FMCG or broader lifestyle brands would be beneficial.
  • Agency-facing sales experience would also be relevant.
  • Comfortable working towards revenue and activity targets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commercially ambitious, proactive and keen to earn commission.
  • Highly responsive and comfortable working at pace.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities at once.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your own pipeline.
