JUNIOR BRAND REPRESENTATIVE

Milton Keynes · Full-time · Immediate start · OTE £27,000–£30,000

Forget the desk. This is a role you learn on your feet.

Relay Direct represents established, recognised UK brands through face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns — and the way you learn this job is by doing it. Live customer interaction from day one, backed by focused coaching and regular feedback, not a manual to read through first.

The learning curve

  • Where you start: Understanding campaign objectives, client offers and who you're actually talking to — the target customer profile behind every conversation.
  • Where you build: Turning conversations into relationships. Generating qualified opportunities, not just interactions. Presenting products and campaign information clearly enough that a stranger understands it in the first thirty seconds.
  • Where you're headed: Broader account and campaign responsibility — once you're consistently hitting your targets and keeping accurate records of what's working.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
