An international law firm is looking for a Junior Business Acceptance Analyst to join its Risk & Compliance team in London.

The Junior Business Acceptance Analyst role would be ideal for a law graduate who has had prior exposure to AML & Conflicts within a law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with new client and matter onboarding processes
  • Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and know-your-client (KYC) checks
  • Perform conflict of interest searches and escalate potential issues
  • Analyse and interpret search results to identify potential risks
  • Ensure compliance with AML regulations and internal policies
  • Liaise with fee earners and internal stakeholders to gather required information
  • Maintain accurate records within onboarding systems
  • Support the team with ongoing monitoring and risk assessments
