Clarke is seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Business Analyst to join our PMO team and help drive data-led decision making across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring business analyst with strong reporting and data analysis skills to develop their career within a fast-paced telecoms environment. You'll play a key role in delivering business intelligence, improving data quality, and supporting operational excellence through insightful reporting and process improvement initiatives.

The Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reporting solutions that provide valuable insights into project and operational performance. Working closely with the PMO, Business Systems team, and wider stakeholders, you will help bridge the gap between systems, data, and business processes.

You will support the development of Power BI dashboards, SiteTracker reporting, and data governance initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, system adoption, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Support the production of PMO and board-level reporting packs.
  • Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers within Sitetracker (Salesforce).
  • Support the consistent use of reporting structures across projects and departments.
  • Monitor data quality, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop exception reporting to highlight data quality and compliance issues.
  • Support business process mapping and documentation activities.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs and governance frameworks.
  • Create user guides and training materials to support system adoption.
  • Champion continuous improvement across reporting, data governance, and system utilisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
