Our Work

Our work focuses on helping a London-based financial partner eliminate the operational drag that has accumulated across their internal systems. Their team is currently dealing with broken approval chains and manual reconciliations that prevent their software from working as intended. As a Junior Business Analyst, you will help us find the gaps where data goes bad and where workarounds have become the default. This is a permanent, full-time, and fully remote position.

About Tech Pipeline

  • We fix the specific friction that slows companies down, such as broken routing rules and systems that do not talk to each other.
  • We focus on the seams between the software a company already owns and the work that actually needs to happen.
  • Our team stays away from slide decks and abstract frameworks, focusing instead on logs and configuration.
  • We rebuild routing rules, consolidate drifting backlogs, and update SOPs so they match reality.
  • We stay through the cutover and the first month of live operation to ensure the fix holds long-term.
  • We believe the tool the client already owns is usually the right place for the fix.
  • Once a client can run the process without us, we finish our engagement and move on.

What You Will Do

  • Review system logs to identify exactly where data stops flowing between financial platforms.
  • Document existing workarounds to understand why the official process was abandoned.
  • Update and write new SOPs that reflect the actual steps required to complete a task.
  • Identify stale data in the client's backlog and help determine the correct routing rules to clear it.
  • Assist in the manual reconciliation of accounts during the project phase to identify recurring errors.
  • Maintain a detailed decision log for all changes made to the client's configuration.
  • Support the team during the cutover phase by monitoring the first batch of live transactions.
  • Participate in the creation of runbooks that the client will use to manage the system after we leave.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
