Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Insight Global are looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst for one of our leading food manufacturing clients! You will be responsible to support the delivery of business and technology initiatives by gathering requirements, analyzing processes and data, helping translate business needs into clear documentation and provide admin support as part of the Tech team.

This is a 6 month contract (Inside IR35), with the potential to extend on. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a large enterprise company! You will be expected to attend the office 3x per week, in Central London.

Targetting the following skillsets:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst or Business Support/Admin role.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a structured, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
