Job Opportunity: Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join a project for a large UK energy retailer. This opportunity will suit someone who is comfortable working with detailed information and can turn workshop discussions and stakeholder comments into clear process and policy documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend workshops and accurately capture key details, decisions, and actions.
  • Support the preparation of policy and process documentation across people, organisational, and procurement areas.
  • Structure information gathered from stakeholders into clear written content.
  • Update documentation based on comments and review feedback.
  • Support the project team in maintaining accurate and consistent materials.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of Business Analysis experience.
  • Experience supporting process documentation, policy documentation, or similar project deliverables.
  • Strong note-taking, writing, and information-structuring skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work with stakeholder feedback.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Professional command of English.

Project Details

  • Client: large UK energy retailer
  • Location: Windsor, UK
  • On-site presence: approximately every couple of weeks
  • Start: as soon as possible
  • Initial duration: approximately 6 months
  • Candidate location: UK-based candidates are preferred; candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered where regular travel to Windsor is feasible
