Junior Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & COREFIN Business Applications

We are a small, but cohesive team with projects internationally. COREFIN is a product and services company, offering industry solutions, built on top of Dynamics 365 Sales with the know and how and experience of business matter experts. We deliver implementations of our products as well as fully custom modules, based on the client needs, along with a number of other services related to consulting, integrations, client portal development, AI use cases implementation and much more.
Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team, working on innovative projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and COREFIN business applications. In this position, you will support the analysis and documentation of client requirements while gaining hands-on exposure to project coordination. You will work closely with senior consultants/product owners, solution architects, and development teams, learning to bridge business needs and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis:
- Support the analysis and documentation of client requirements (Using Azure DevOps, Jira etc.)
- Help facilitate and take notes during workshops and discussions to clarify business needs
- Assist in designing and validating business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and COREFIN Solutions
- Help prepare functional documentation, user stories, and test cases
- Support testing (UAT), validation, and quality assurance activities
- Help create user manuals and assist with end-user training sessions
Project Support Activities:
- Help track project activities, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Assist in monitoring scope, risks, and dependencies, flagging issues to senior team members
- Support communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Help prepare status updates and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Business, Finance, or similar
- Some exposure to or coursework/internship experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is a plus, but not required
- Interest in and willingness to learn business processes in the Financial and Insurance industry, financial mathematics and accounting basic principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- 0–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role (internships welcome)

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Sales
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI
- Understanding of Loan and Leasing Management and financial mathematics
