Job Summary
Working with the team, the employee supports the Field organization in managing and maintaining existing clients and developing new clients (including Key Accounts) within the A.03 (GIIT) business area.
Job Description
- Develops and implements business models and growth strategies to expand the customer base across different markets.
- Conducts customer visits and manages relationships for various certification schemes, especially in the Middle East and Africa.
- Performs market, trend, and competitor analyses to identify and drive new business opportunities and service enhancements.
- Promotes GIIT-related services through trade association visits and marketing activities such as webinars and in-person seminars.
- Coordinates customer-specific service requirements, identifies strategic partners and prospects, and converts proposals into sales with internal stakeholders.
- Manages assigned projects independently from start to finish, monitors order progress, and supports business strategy in coordination with the Local Field Manager.
- Collaborates with internal and international colleagues, participates in authority meetings when needed, travels nationally and internationally, and uses SAP and other required tools.

What we expect of you?

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent commercial experience).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong motivation for sales, prospecting, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Experience with or strong aptitude to learn CRM systems, SAP, and core operational software.
- High degree of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail in proposal generation and contract tracking.
- Willingness and availability for national and international business travel as required (including client visits, trade fairs, and regional missions).
- Ability to quickly learn international certification programs, standards, and regulatory frameworks (specifically GIIT / A.03 markets).
- Strong team player able to coordinate effectively with internal technical departments and international stakeholders.
