About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Business Development Associate at entry level to support business operations, fill bottlenecks, and improve overall KPIs.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build a long-term career in business development, customer engagement, business operations, and leadership.
You’ll work alongside experienced mentors while developing practical skills through structured training and hands-on experience.
No prior experience is required, as full training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to KPI performance and support improvements across campaigns
- Participate in a structured training programme focused on communication, leadership, and business development
- Take initiative in hosting team sessions focused on improving performance metrics
- Attend networking events and industry conferences
- Represent leading UK brands in professional, face-to-face customer interactions
- Assist with the coordination of daily operations and campaign-related tasks
- Develop your communication, leadership, and business management skills
