Duties and Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Conduct daily B2B phone calls to prospective businesses within the accommodation and lodging sectors.
- Lead Generation: Introduce our services to target companies and identify fresh business opportunities.
- KPI Management: Meet clear daily targets for the number of completed phone calls.
- Data Tracking: Use basic spreadsheet software or simple CRM tools to accurately log your call outcomes.
- Monthly Reporting: Compile and submit straightforward monthly reports summarizing your outreach activities.
Requirements
- Self-Motivated: Proven ability to stay focused and work independently without constant supervision.
- Great Communicator: Fluent English speaker with a polite, confident, and professional phone manner.
- Tech Literate: Confident with basic technology, especially Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Right to Work: Candidates must hold valid eligibility to work in the UK (standard proof requested upon hiring).
