Junior Business Development Exec - Commercial Vehicle Leasing - Swansea

£22,000 to £26,000 basic salary, uncapped commission, £50k OTE, office-based in Swansea, 25 days' holiday, no weekends and the flexibility of two late starts or two early finishes each week. This is the sort of role that gives you the chance to learn sales properly while earning well as your confidence grows.

You'll spend your time speaking with businesses, building relationships and creating opportunities rather than being buried in admin. There's a steady flow of inbound enquiries to work with, but you'll also have the freedom to develop your own pipeline and make a real impact on your earnings.

For someone early in their sales career, it's a chance to join a business that invests in training, rewards performance and offers a clear route into account management once you've proved yourself.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
