Your First Step Into Business Development
You don't need years of commercial experience to begin building a career in business.
Relay Direct is looking for ambitious individuals who want to learn how customer acquisition, sales, and business growth work in a real-world environment. As a Junior Business Development Executive, you'll work across live B2B, B2C residential, and event campaigns, representing established brands and developing the practical skills needed to progress within a commercial environment.
The Opportunity
Your initial focus will be on learning the fundamentals of customer acquisition and business development.
You'll gain experience in:
- Approaching and engaging potential customers
- Understanding customer needs
- Presenting products and services confidently
- Developing new customer relationships
- Contributing to campaign growth
- Working towards performance objectives
- Understanding how results are tracked and improved
