Junior Business Development Representative
£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

The Position
Working as part of a collaborative sales team, you'll be responsible for generating interest from prospective customers and creating opportunities for business growth.
Your Duties Will Include
- Reaching out to prospective clients by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identifying customer needs and qualifying opportunities
- Arranging appointments and demonstrations
- Developing strong customer relationships
- Managing follow-up activity and sales campaigns
- Supporting retention and account growth initiatives
- Re-engaging with previous and inactive customers
- Maintaining accurate CRM data
- Achieving KPIs and sales objectives

About You
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
- Is self-motivated and eager to learn
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is resilient and comfortable working towards targets
- Can manage priorities effectively
- Works well independently and within a team
- Demonstrates professionalism and enthusiasm
- Has experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar environments (desirable)
