We started in Elstree in 1975, working closely with clients in the media, entertainment and music industries. Today, we support a diverse and prestigious client base across more than 20 sectors, with a continued strong and long-standing presence in entertainment and media.

If something's complex, we simplify it. That's where we add value.

We're looking for a Junior Business Manager to join our growing team in Mayfair, London.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to develop their skills within Business Management, ideally with exposure to the music industry.

You’ll support the delivery of high-quality accounting and financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients, working closely with Managers and the wider team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across bookkeeping, reporting, cashflow management and client support, while progressing towards a professional qualification with a fully funded study package.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Inputting and maintaining accurate financial data using accounting software including Sage, Excel and QuickBooks Online
  • Setting up bank payments and assisting with day-to-day financial administration
  • Raising sales invoices and maintaining accurate client records
  • Recording receipts and reconciling cash and credit card transactions
  • Preparing VAT returns and supporting compliance requirements
  • Assisting with the preparation of periodic management accounts
  • Supporting cashflow preparation, monitoring and budget processes
  • Assisting with the management of tour accounts for clients
  • Analysing bank statements and identifying relevant financial information
  • Supporting client queries and liaising with internal and external contacts where required
  • Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
  • Supporting the wider Business Management team with ad hoc duties and client requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
