Manufacturing PVCu windows and doors from our factory in Lenwade using two of the most trusted PVCu profiles, REHAU and Eurocell, we combine the highest quality materials with our fenestration expertise to ensure our customers receive market leading service and quality.
We are now looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join the business at our Lenwade site.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. The role will work alongside an experienced IT professional who will provide guidance, mentoring and support. Over time, the role holder will be expected to develop their knowledge, become more confident in resolving issues independently and take ownership of increasingly complex tasks.
Training, self-directed learning and relevant professional development or certifications may be supported where appropriate.

Duties
- Providing first-line support for business applications and systems.
- Working with third-party software suppliers and support providers where required.
- Investigating and resolving user queries and system issues, escalating more complex problems where appropriate.
- Assisting with user administration, access management and system configuration.
- Supporting the setup, testing and implementation of changes to business systems.
- Assisting with system upgrades, new functionality and improvement projects.
- Working with colleagues across the business to understand system requirements and user needs.
- Helping to identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of technology and systems.
- Assisting with data quality, data maintenance and basic reporting.
- Logging, tracking and managing support requests and system issues.

Essential Experience
- SQL experience
- Foundation qualification/experience in IT
