We are looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our European team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology, data, marketing processes, and business systems. You'll work across multiple departments, gaining valuable experience while helping drive the successful adoption of our CRM and CPQ platforms.
This role offers excellent exposure to sales, marketing, customer service, and business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with people, improving processes, and turning data into meaningful business insights.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the CRM & Business Systems team, you will support users across Europe and play an important role in ensuring our systems remain accurate, effective, and user-friendly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and engage CRM and CPQ users across Sales, Marketing, Service, Administration, and other business functions.
- Help improve data quality, accuracy, and consistency within our CRM platform.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities to improve system usage and efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of new CRM features, enhancements, and business processes.
- Create engaging training materials, user guides, and best-practice documentation.
- Deliver training sessions remotely and in person to support user adoption and confidence.
- Help launch and maintain the CRM Ambassador programme across business teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights that support commercial and marketing decision-making.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and enhancement projects.
- Assist with user access management, system administration, and data integrity processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improved user experience.
- Support GDPR-related activities and best practices within CRM and marketing processes.
- Learn the fundamentals of Oracle CPQ administration to provide support and backup coverage when required.

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- A keen interest in learning new systems, processes, and technologies.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Good computer literacy and an awareness of CRM platforms.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across different teams and functions.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and business systems.
Desirable
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis.
- Additional language skills, particularly French, German, or Italian.
- Interest in healthcare technology, digital transformation, or marketing operations.
