A menswear brand based in Marlow is looking for a proactive junior buyer to help shape our future collections. You’ll support the full buying process, from product development and range planning to refining seasonal assortments that balance creativity with commercial appeal.
Working closely with design and production, you’ll help bring new ideas to life and ensure every product reflects our quality-led, heritage aesthetic.

A key part of the role involves supplier management, negotiation support, and critical path management, ensuring smooth development and timely delivery. You’ll contribute to product strategy and commercial decision-making, analysing performance and helping identify opportunities to strengthen the range.
