Junior Category Manager
Home-based | 1 to 2 days a week in London | Permanent, Full Time
If you enjoy food, numbers and spotting opportunities others might miss, this could be a great next step.
We’re looking for a Junior Foodservice Category Manager to support a busy UK food-to-go and beverage category. You’ll turn data into useful insight, help shape commercial decisions and take ownership of projects that genuinely improve performance.

What you’ll be doing
- Analysing sales and KPI performance
- Spotting trends, gaps and commercial opportunities
- Reviewing promotions and category performance
- Supporting new products, pricing and promotional activity
- Owning improvement projects from start to finish
- Working with suppliers and teams across Marketing, Loyalty, Sales and Operations
- Keeping an eye on competitors and the wider UK retail market

What we’re looking for
- Experience or knowledge of food-to-go and/or beverages
- Experience working with retailer or customer data
- Strong Excel skills
- A good analytical eye and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating your findings
- The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
- An interest in using technology and AI to improve the way things are done
