Junior Chef – Kitchen Team

About THE NICI Collection

THE NICI Collection is a growing luxury lifestyle hotel group bringing destination-led hospitality to some of the UK's most sought-after locations.

The collection began with THE NICI Bournemouth, our flagship property inspired by the relaxed energy of Miami's South Beach. In June 2026, we expanded with THE NICI Newquay, inspired by the Amalfi Coast, and THE NICI New Forest, bringing a relaxed Hamptons-inspired feel to the Hampshire coast.

As our collection continues to grow, we're looking for enthusiastic people who want to develop their skills, gain experience and build a long-term career in hospitality.

The Role

We're looking for a Junior Chef – Kitchen Team to join our busy kitchen operation.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their culinary career who wants to learn from an experienced team, build confidence in a professional kitchen and develop their cooking skills.

You'll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping the team deliver consistently high-quality food across our outlets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
