Junior Chef

Thorpe Park is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Junior Chef eager to learn, develop their skills, and grow within a fast-paced professional kitchen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their culinary career who is eager to learn, develop skills, and grow within a fast-paced professional kitchen.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Chef...

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes under the guidance of senior chefs
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
  • Support the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service set-up
  • Ensure ingredients are properly stored and rotated in line with food safety standards
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications accurately
  • Help with stock management, deliveries, and basic inventory tasks
  • Keep workstations clean, organised, and ready for service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
