Job Title: Junior Client Accountant
Salary: Basic salary from £28,000 dependant on experience, plus a quarterly paid commission incentive.
Location: Vox Studios, 1-45 Durham Street, Vauxhall, London, England, SE11 5JH
The Role
We are seeking a Junior Client Accountant to join our team in Vauxhall. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and being the main point of contact for any accounts related queries. Intermittently, the successful candidate will also assist with accounts payable duties, setting up new tenancies, handling deposits and various financial reporting.
Your Responsibilities as a Junior Client Accountant:
- Responsible for a portfolio of client accounts, managing all aspects of their financial administration.
- Responding to enquiries about statements and rents.
- Essential function of credit control to ensure timely rent and fee collection.
- Managing deposit releases and setting up daily payment schedules.
- Contributing to finance and tax reporting.
- Providing operational support to the team as required.
- Working in close collaboration with your line manager.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Having worked within an estate agency, you possess a solid understanding of the industry and the specific responsibilities of this position.
- Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong customer-centric approach, prioritising client needs and satisfaction.
- Proactive and takes initiative to identify and solve problems effectively.
- Prior use of Veco software would be advantageous.
