Junior Client Implementation Consultant | RegTech SaaS | Hybrid/Remote | £40K–£50K

The Role:

Reviva are working with a fast-growing RegTech SaaS company helping global organisations automate complex tax and regulatory reporting.

Following continued growth, they’re expanding their Client Services team and are looking for a more junior hire who can bring strong client-facing experience and a background in tax, accounting or regulatory reporting.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently working in tax advisory, professional services, tax technology or a similar environment who wants to move into a more technology-led, client-facing role.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: £40K–£50K DOE
  • Hybrid working in London (more remote if further away)

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of client implementation and onboarding projects
  • Work directly with clients to understand their tax, reporting and business processes
  • Help translate client requirements into practical software solutions
  • Support product configuration, testing, training and go-live
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout implementation
  • Deliver product walkthroughs and client training sessions
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product and Development teams
  • Help troubleshoot client and process-related issues
  • Build strong relationships with finance, tax and regulatory stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in tax, accounting, professional services, consulting or a similar client-facing environment
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
  • Good understanding of tax, finance, accounting or regulatory reporting processes
  • Tax technology, SaaS implementation, Power BI, SQL, automation or data experience is desirable
  • ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or similar studies/qualifications would be beneficial
