About the role
Are you a natural relationship builder who loves working with people and spotting opportunities to grow accounts? We're looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to join our Business Development team, helping us strengthen customer relationships, increase repeat purchasing and drive commercial growth.
You'll initially take ownership of an existing portfolio of customers, providing continuity during a period of maternity cover while building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to increase customer spend. As you develop in the role, you'll also have the opportunity to get involved in new business development, customer onboarding and growing our customer base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service, sales or account support experience who wants to build a long-term career in relationship management within a fast-growing business.

Client Relationship Management
- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing customers, maintaining regular contact to understand their needs and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Ensure a smooth handover and continuity of service during the initial maternity-cover period, with support from the wider team.
Account Retention and Growth
- Identify opportunities to increase customer spend through relevant product recommendations, cross-selling and repeat purchasing.
- Proactively identify customers with declining activity and take steps to rebuild engagement and encourage future orders.
Customer Support
- Act as a key point of contact for customer queries, working with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate more complex concerns when needed, keeping customers informed and ensuring a positive experience.
New Product Adoption
- Introduce customers to relevant new products, launches and educational opportunities that support their business needs.
- Follow up on product interest, samples and training to encourage product adoption and repeat purchasing.
New Business Development
- As the role develops, identify and engage potential new customers through proactive outreach and lead follow-up.
- Support new customer onboarding, helping build relationships that encourage first orders and long-term loyalty.
Account Planning and Performance
- Work towards agreed revenue, gross profit, customer retention and activity targets, with guidance and support from the Senior Manager, Client Relationships.
- Monitor customer purchasing trends and maintain simple account plans to prioritise opportunities for growth and re-engagement.

CRM and Teamwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, capturing customer conversations, opportunities and agreed next steps.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and the wider Commercial team to coordinate customer activity and deliver a consistent experience.
About You
Essential
- Some experience in customer service, sales, account support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence building relationships and speaking to customers.
- A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities and follow-up activities.
- Commercial awareness and the motivation to work towards measurable targets.
- Confidence using customer information and CRM systems, or a willingness to learn.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to recognise when additional support is needed.
- A collaborative approach, with enthusiasm for learning, developing and receiving feedback.
Desirable
- Experience working within the aesthetics, healthcare, beauty or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Previous experience supporting account management, customer retention or business development activity.
- Experience identifying cross-selling opportunities or promoting new products to existing customers.
