Junior Client Services Analyst
Central London | Hybrid
£32,000–£40,000 + Benefits
Certus Recruitment is partnering with an innovative and well-established FinTech business whose sophisticated software is used by global investment and asset management organisations. Their technology helps clients make better investment decisions, manage risk and analyse portfolio performance, supporting firms managing more than $1 trillion in assets.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional with 1–2 years' commercial experience who enjoys combining analytical thinking, technology and client interaction.
The Role
You'll work directly with clients across EMEA and APAC, providing support across the full client lifecycle.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Providing support on software functionality and quantitative queries
- Producing fund factsheets and reports using Excel
- Helping automate reporting and data processes
- Delivering online product training and software demonstrations
- Supporting the sales team with demonstrations, renewals and account growth
- Keeping clients informed of product updates and enhancements

About You
We're looking for someone who is analytical, commercially minded and enjoys working with people.
You'll have:
- A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Mathematics, Economics or another quantitative discipline
- 1–2 years' commercial experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills; VBA would be advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in financial technology and investment markets
