Role Description
The Junior Client Success Manager is a full-time, hybrid location role centred in Milton Keynes. This role supports the client success team by assisting with day-to-day client communications, managing follow-ups, and ensuring that service commitments are met. The Junior Client Success Manager helps monitor customer satisfaction, gathers and analyzes feedback, and contributes to the development of improvement plans to enhance the client experience. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in ITSM systems, preparing basic reports for senior team members, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly. The role also involves supporting customer retention initiatives, participating in client review meetings, and building positive relationships with key contacts.

- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Relationship building and customer retention abilities to help sustain long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for added value.
- Analytical skills to interpret client data, feedback, and performance metrics, and to support decision-making.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clear documentation practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common office software and ITSM/ticketing systems; familiarity with IT or technology services is an advantage.
- Organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple client requests.
- Relevant education or experience in customer success, account management, or a related field; entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
