Junior Cluster Brand Manager

Woking based with Hybrid working model.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Cluster Brand Manager to join Nomad Foods and help drive the growth of some of the UK's most loved food brands, including Aunt Bessie's and Goodfella's. In this role, you will support the delivery of our growth strategy, working closely with the wider marketing team to bring innovative ideas to market and help win across our key strategic priorities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketer looking to build their FMCG career. You'll gain exposure across the full marketing mix, work alongside experienced cross functional teams, and play an important role in shaping brand performance through insight led decision making and commercial excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of commercial plans and key growth initiatives across the portfolio
  • Helping to deliver our Must Win Battles and supporting execution of our three-year growth strategy
  • Analysing consumer, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform brand strategy
  • Monitoring brand performance, competitor activity and key commercial metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Supporting innovation projects and the development of customer sell in materials
  • Assisting in the delivery of brand initiatives and in year marketing plans across the segment
  • Supporting integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
  • Working closely with Sales, Finance, R&D, Category, Insights and external agency partners to deliver business objectives
  • Taking ownership of in store excellence activities and supporting commercial execution in market
  • Contributing ideas, challenging the status quo and helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

About you

We're looking for a passionate and curious marketer who is excited by brands, consumers and the FMCG industry. You will be a strong collaborator with an analytical mindset and a desire to learn, grow and make an impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across multiple projects and are motivated by delivering great results as part of a team.

What you will bring

  • A genuine interest in FMCG, food and consumer brands
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An analytical and commercially minded approach to problem solving
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
  • A basic understanding of marketing communications, media and creative development
  • Knowledge of promotional activity, packaging and commercial performance metrics
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and take ownership
