Junior Commercial Associate – Sales, Leadership & Business Development

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nottingham City Centre for a Junior Commercial Associate.

Successful applicants will work directly within our customer acquisition division, supporting face-to-face campaigns across residential, events, and B2B environments.
You’ll gain hands-on experience representing clients, building customer relationships, contributing to campaign performance, and learning how sales and marketing operations scale within a growing organisation.
As you progress, you’ll also receive ongoing mentorship and leadership development with opportunities to move into team leadership and management positions.

Expected First-Year Earnings:
£28,000 – £38,000 OTE
