Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer | Global Social Media Platform | London/Hybrid
We're working with a leading global social media and technology business looking to appoint a Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer on an interim basis to support its high-growth EMEA legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to gain exposure to a fast-paced, international technology environment, working alongside experienced legal and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
- Supporting marketing, advertising, partnerships, and vendor arrangements
- Advising internal stakeholders on contractual risk and legal issues
- Assisting with product, technology, and operational matters across the business
- Working closely with commercial, procurement, and compliance teams
Experience Required:
- Qualified lawyer (circa 1-4 PQE)
- Strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house or in private practice
- Confidence managing contract negotiations with minimal supervision
- Experience within technology, digital, media, advertising, or consumer-facing businesses is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
