Junior Commercial Finance Analyst
Warrington (Birchwood) | £32,000 - £35,000 + Benefits
Are you looking to kick-start your career in Commercial Finance with a business that is growing rapidly and offers genuine progression opportunities? Accountable Recruitment are partnering with an ambitious and expanding organisation to recruit a Junior Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or early-career finance professional to work directly alongside an experienced Finance Director and gain exposure to commercial analysis, pricing, forecasting, reporting, and business decision-making.
This role goes far beyond traditional finance administration or transactional accounting and would suit someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems, and influencing commercial decisions.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in supporting both Finance and Sales teams, helping turn data into meaningful business insight. The role offers excellent exposure across commercial reporting, sales performance analysis, forecasting, profitability, and strategic projects.

You'll have the opportunity to:
- Analyse pricing, profitability and commercial performance
- Support forecasting and management reporting
- Produce sales and business performance analysis
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards
- Monitor project and site-level financial performance
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities within commercial data
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancement projects
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with:
- Those with 1-3 years' relevant experience
- Degree holders in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics or a related subject
- Individuals with strong Excel and analytical skills
- Candidates who enjoy working with data and solving business problems
- Ambitious professionals looking to build a long-term career in Commercial Finance
- Proactive people who are eager to learn and develop

Experience within a finance analyst, commercial, FP&A, management accounts, reporting, or data-focused role would be advantageous but is not essential.
