If so, I am working with a fast-growth scale-up brokerage in Manchester which could be a brilliant fit. Established in 2024 by 2 directors, they have hit record-breaking deal numbers and doubled revenue targets in 2025. Due to the rising client demand, they are now looking to recruit a commercial finance executive and teach them the industry.
Having already hired 1 individual in February, and he is already exceeding all targets – It’s a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven individual to join a high-performing team.

My client focuses on invoice finance & cash flow deals
- Helping SME business owners to find the right lender across their 30 lending partners (Banks, Alternative Lenders & Fintech’s)
This role will be focused on the conversion of leads and, once trained up, proactively sourcing your own leads by building a network and brand in the market.
Day to Day
- Speaking with UK SMEs about funding requirements, specifically focusing on invoice finance and cash flow lending
- Managing inbound lead flow (Currently hundreds of leads per week alongside a 2-year back book of active clients)
- Building your own network and outbound lead origination strategy
- Building long-term relationships with introducers, clients, and lenders

We are looking for
- Hungry, proactive individual who wants to succeed for themselves and the business
- Strong communicator, professional, and have a phone-first approach
- Eager to learn and spend time with directors to embed yourself into the finance market
- Resilient, hard-working, and comfortable working on several deals at any given time
- Keen to be apart of a young, dynamic, and growing team
Uncapped commission structure paid monthly, competitive basic + brilliant shared working space in central Manchester twice a week
