Job Description

Due to high client demand, Performance.io is expanding again. We're looking for a talented Junior Commercial Operations Executive to join the performance-io team. In this role, you'll work closely with the client-facing business units as well as internal teams supporting the commercial infrastructure that underpins the agency's growth.

As a Junior Commercial Operations Executive, your responsibilities will span forecasting and financial reporting, pricing and commercial frameworks, CRM data integrity, and support for proposal and pitch creation, alongside collaboration with Marketing on outreach and lead generation. This is an internally-focused role at heart: you'll be the person ensuring the numbers, templates, records and documentation the wider business relies on are accurate, current, and consistently maintained.

Being part of a close-knit, London-based global team, you will have great visibility and exposure to senior directors in the company and the opportunity to progressively take on more responsibility early in your career.

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed individual with a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in how a commercial function operates behind the scenes.

What you'll do

Forecasting & Reporting

  • Support the preparation of monthly financial forecasts, board packs, and other reporting materials
  • Maintain data accuracy across reporting templates, ensuring timely updates ahead of key deadlines
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when compiling financial and commercial data from multiple sources
  • Assist in generating basic insights from reporting outputs to support senior stakeholder decision-making

Proposals, Budgets & SOWs

  • Support the creation and formatting of proposal decks, budgets, and Statement of Work (SOW) documentation
  • Use approved templates and product one-sliders consistently across all client-facing materials
  • Maintain data accuracy within budget sheets and proposal documents, checking figures before circulation
  • Ensure consistent, organised filing of budgets, SOWs and proposals for easy retrieval and audit purposes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
