Junior Property Solicitor
As a Junior Property Solicitor in Leicester, you'll handle property-related legal matters within the financial services industry. Your role will involve supporting the legal team to ensure smooth transactions and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Description
You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including:
- Draft and review property-related legal documents and contracts.
- Assist with property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide legal advice on property law and compliance matters.
- Conduct due diligence and manage risk assessments for property deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively.
- Support the legal department with general administrative tasks as needed.

- Knowledge of property law and its application within financial services.
