As a Junior Compliance Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and compliance support across the Compliance and Operations teams, ensuring that company onboarding, screening, contractor management, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a professional approach when dealing with candidates, consultants, clients, and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Right to Work checks and reviewing supporting documentation to ensure compliance with UK immigration and employment requirements.
- Managing the identity verification process for candidates and employees, ensuring all required documentation is obtained, validated, and securely recorded.
- Initiating and monitoring BPSS screening checks through approved screening providers and tracking progress through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate records of onboarding and compliance activities within company systems and databases.
- Supporting the management and upkeep of the company's CRM system, ensuring candidate, consultant, client, and assignment information is accurate and up to date.
- Reviewing, validating, and following up on consultant timecards on a monthly and bi-weekly basis, ensuring submissions are received and approved within client deadlines.
- Chasing outstanding timesheets and liaising with consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitoring assignment end dates and proactively requesting assignment extensions from Sparta Global Account Managers to ensure continuity of placements and accurate reporting.
- Assisting with onboarding administration and ensuring all required compliance documentation is completed before assignment start dates.
- Providing administrative support to the wider Operations and Compliance teams across a range of projects and business activities.
- Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and data quality checks as required.
- Covering Front of House responsibilities during periods of annual leave or absence, including welcoming visitors, managing incoming calls, handling deliveries, and maintaining a professional reception environment.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, trackers, and management information relating to compliance activities and consultant assignments.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and helping to ensure company processes are followed consistently across the business.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties commensurate with the level of the role.
