Junior Compliance Analyst

As our Junior Compliance Analyst, you will act as the crucial link between our day-to-day business activities and regulatory governance. Working closely with the Head of Compliance & Regulatory, you will translate platform architectures, technical controls, and operational processes into structured, audit-ready compliance evidence.

Your daily responsibilities will centre on:

  • Audit Readiness & Evidence Management: Collecting and organising technical control evidence across core security and regulatory frameworks, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS
  • Security & Vulnerability Coordination: Liaising with internal technical teams to track vulnerability remediations, schedule periodic penetration testing, and coordinate regular user access reviews
  • Customer RFIs & Security Questionnaires: Assisting with the completion and timely submission of customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and technical Request for Information (RFI) documents
  • Technical Incident Support: Supporting the compliance team during technical security incidents by capturing technical details and feeding them into data breach assessment workflows and regulatory reporting timelines
  • Compliance & Risk Tracking: Maintaining governance records, administrative filings, risk registers, and standard operating procedures, whilst supporting the rollout of internal security training

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
