Junior Conference Producer (Full-Time)
We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Junior Conference Producer to join our team. We run 20+ events each year across Europe, North America, and beyond, primarily in the legal tech space.
This role is ideal for someone curious, organised, and comfortable speaking with senior industry professionals. You’ll help shape event agendas, identify key voices in the market, and play a hands-on role in delivering high-quality, high-impact conferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the production team in delivering commercially successful conferences (meeting quality, revenue, and attendance targets)
- Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify and confidently approach senior industry professionals to secure them as conference speakers
- Build and refine conference agendas based on market insight and feedback
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and event positioning
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth delivery

About You
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and able to build rapport quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish
- Comfortable making decisions and working independently when needed
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A self-starter with a genuine interest in business, events, or the legal/tech space
