A leading education recruitment company in Maidstone are recruiting for a trainee consultant to start within the next month.
The company are looking to bring on a trainee consultant full time to work as a 360 consultant to find teachers and support staff long term and permanent jobs in schools. They pay good salaries and offer incentives such as commission for placements and bonuses for hitting targets. There’s also a pathway to develop your career into a senior consultant, team leader and manager within the company.

What is the company looking for?
This forward-thinking recruiter who can build natural relationships with candidates and clients as well as have the work ethic and ability to continue to find top talent for their clients. Ideally you’ll have a background in education, recruitment or sales. Graduates would be preferable but a degree isn’t essential.
Role and responsibilities:
- Writing adverts to attract high calibre candidates
- Screening candidates in person and on the phone
- Building relationships with candidates and schools
- Registering candidates
- Calling schools to arrange supply bookings and interviews
- Writing profiles
- Visiting schools and establishing points of contact
