Junior Sales Consultant
Edinburgh | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start Available

At Caledonia Group, we’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Consultants in Edinburgh.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a short-term sales role. From day one, you’ll receive structured training, hands-on experience and ongoing coaching designed to help you develop your commercial skills and progress within the business.
Our goal is simple: develop people from entry level into leadership and management positions based on their performance, development and ability to take responsibility.
- Pay: £25,000 base salary + weekly performance-based incentives
- Year 1 OTE: £35,000–£45,000+
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work as part of an on-site team representing established UK brands across a range of industries, including telecommunications, energy and consumer services.
Your day-to-day role will involve:
- Engaging with customers face-to-face
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Building strong customer relationships
- Developing your communication and negotiation skills
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Learning the full sales process from experienced team members
- Taking on increased responsibility as your skills and performance develop

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. Full training is provided, with regular coaching and feedback throughout your development.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of sales experience to succeed here. We’re interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
This could be a great fit if you have experience in:
- Sales or customer service
- Retail or hospitality
- Events, promotions or fundraising
- Call centres or commercial environments
- Competitive sports or other performance-driven environments
We’re also open to graduates and career changers looking for their first serious step into a commercial career.
You should be someone who:
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is approachable and comfortable meeting new people
- Is motivated by goals and personal development
- Responds well to coaching and constructive feedback
- Works well within a team
- Takes responsibility for their own performance

Competitive Earnings
A £25,000 guaranteed base salary plus weekly performance-based incentives. This is not a commission-only position.
Monday–Friday
10:00am–6:00pm working hours with no weekend work.
