Junior Content Creator
Based: London Office (100% office-based)
Salary: In the region of £30k
Type: Full-time, permanent
As the Junior Content Creator, you will support the planning, creation, and delivery of engaging content across e‑commerce, social media, brand campaigns, email, video, and emerging platforms. Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you will help bring the brand to life through compelling storytelling and content that drives brand awareness, community engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and delivering content across e‑commerce, social, digital, and brand channels.
- Support the execution of the content roadmap in line with product launches, marketing campaigns, and business objectives.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice, identity, and storytelling style across all customer touchpoints.
- Create and update product descriptions, website content, landing pages, and supporting marketing assets.
- Support the creation of content for social channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with managing content calendars and scheduling content across multiple platforms.
- Work with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to support authentic content creation.
- Monitor social trends, cultural moments, and industry developments to identify content opportunities.
- Assist in creating videos, photography, campaign assets, and short-form social content.
- Support concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, and content production activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external creative partners where required.
- Track content performance and assist in compiling reports and insights.
- Support day-to-day content administration, asset management, and content organisation.

About You
- A genuine passion for content creation, social media, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Previous experience in a content creation, marketing, social media, or related role, or a relevant qualification with practical experience.
- Previous experience or a strong interest in footwear or fashion.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable creating content for a range of platforms and audiences.
- Understanding of key social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, e‑commerce content, and content marketing principles.
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
- Confident capturing and editing photos and video content for social media.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with analytics tools and interested in using data to improve content performance.
- Eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within a creative marketing environment.
