Junior AEO & Social Content Creator

Location: Bracknell (Hybrid)

Love creating content? Live on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube?

We're looking for a Junior AEO & Social Content Creator to join the creative team at iHasco, part of the Citation Group.

This isn't your typical junior content role. We're looking for someone who's naturally creative, confident on camera and passionate about creating social-first content that people actually want to watch.

Whether you're filming behind-the-scenes content, presenting to camera, interviewing colleagues or turning long-form videos into engaging social clips, you'll play a key role in helping iHasco grow its presence across social media and AI-powered search platforms.

If you're always spotting trends, thinking of your next content idea and understand what makes people stop scrolling, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As our Junior AEO & Social Content Creator, you'll help create and repurpose engaging content across YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.

You'll work closely with our creative team to transform existing videos, podcasts and course content into high-performing short-form content, while also creating original videos that showcase our people, expertise and culture.

This is a brilliant opportunity to develop your skills within an established in-house creative team while helping shape the future of content discovery through Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
