About the Role

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic and proactive Junior Content Creator to join our growing Content team.

Working alongside our Content Creators, Producers and Creative team, you'll help create engaging social-first content for a wide range of brands. From filming and editing short-form video to supporting shoots and creating platform-native content, you'll gain hands-on experience across every stage of the creative process.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their content career who loves social media, enjoys making content and wants to develop their creative and technical skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

No two days are the same. One day you might be filming behind the scenes on set, the next editing TikToks, creating motion graphics or helping develop ideas for a client campaign.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Content team in creating engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Capture photo and video content on location and in the studio using cameras, phones and other production equipment.
  • Edit short-form videos for multiple social platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software.
  • Create simple motion graphics, captions and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Assist with planning and preparing content shoots, including equipment, locations and talent.
  • Help organise and manage media, project files and digital assets.
  • Work alongside Producers and Creatives to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Ensure content is delivered to platform specifications and client requirements.
  • Keep up to date with emerging social trends, platform updates and new creative techniques.
  • Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms and content planning sessions.
  • Support on shoot days where required.
  • Maintain high creative standards whilst working efficiently to deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
