Your mission as a Junior Content Marketing Manager
Your mission is to be the engine room of Appinio’s global content & brand function. You will turn strategy, research, and campaign ideas into high-quality, on-brand content across our digital channels and international markets — from copywriting and publishing to repurposing, optimisation and distribution. With a dotted line supporting our Organic Growth function, you’ll fuel SEO, AIO and discoverability, while keeping our core content engine running efficiently and reaching more ICP-fit audiences in a compelling way — ultimately contributing to measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop Best-In-Class Content: Turn research, customer advocacy, brand pillars, business assets and new ideas into compelling content and integrated campaigns — from reports and blogs to email, social, landing pages, sales enablement and more — designed to maximise reach and impact.
- Own Content & Brand Operations: Keep our global content engine running smoothly, owning day-to-day operations, content governance and brand consistency across channels, while maintaining content libraries and infrastructure.
- Coordinate Localisation: Manage translation and localisation workflows with regional teams, ensuring content is adapted effectively for priority markets while maintaining a consistent global brand.
- Optimise for Search & Discovery: Work with Organic Growth to apply SEO, AIO and AI-search best practices across content, improving discoverability, organic reach and performance.
- Connect Content to GTM: Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to activate content across campaigns and channels, ensuring it reaches the right audiences and contributes to pipeline and revenue.
- Report & Optimise Performance: Track and report on content performance across key channels, using insights to identify what’s working, improve future content and maximise impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
