About Us

Bluestone PIM is a Nordic SaaS company with global reach and a rapidly growing customer base worldwide. Our Product Information Management platform is recognized as a disruptive force in the market by Gartner, IDC, and other leading research and advisory firms. With a strong focus on AI, we continue to pioneer the PIM space, and we're looking for talented people who want to help shape what comes next.

About the Role

We're looking for a curious, proactive, and creative marketer who wants to learn fast, experiment, and get hands-on experience across different areas of marketing.

You don't need to know everything yet. We're happy to teach you and give you room to grow. What matters most is that you're smart, independent, genuinely interested in marketing, and not afraid to try things.

Please note that we are looking for a part-time employee, expected to work 20 hours weekly, with a possibility to work from our office in London.

Requirements

💡 You should have:

  • Native-level English and excellent writing skills. You know how to make an idea clear, interesting, and easy to read, and you're excited to keep developing your copywriting skills.
  • A portfolio or your own content presence that demonstrates your skills. An active LinkedIn profile, personal newsletter, website, or another platform where you've built an audience or consistently created content is a must.
  • A genuine interest in marketing. You follow what's happening in the industry, notice interesting campaigns and trends, and naturally ask yourself, "Why does this work?"
  • Confidence in front of the camera. You'll occasionally appear in videos, record content, and take part in interviews, so being comfortable speaking on camera is a must.
  • You're a driver, not a passenger. When something gets stuck, you don't just wait for someone else to move it forward. You follow up, find a solution, ask the right people, and keep things moving.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
