LONDON

Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, and is home to a wide range of teams. Our open space is ideal for collaborative work and sharing ideas. We also have a large outdoor terrace, which is the perfect spot to have a team lunch or host events.

THE ROLE

As Junior Content Operations Specialist, you will coordinate and execute daily content updates across the Farfetch and Browns website, app and social media channels. You will liaise with multiple teams across the business and build, target, schedule, QA and publish content globally across 16 languages using a number of different CMSs and tools, in order to support the successful delivery and launch of all BAU, Trade, Marketing and Campaign briefs and initiatives across the team’s owned channels and touchpoints.

What You’ll Do

  • You will liaise with multiple teams across the business, including designers, editors, translators, online merchandisers and trade specialists, to coordinate and facilitate both regular and ad hoc content updates across our owned channels and touchpoints globally across 16 languages
  • You will build, target, schedule, publish and QA content updates across the Farfetch and Browns website & app and social media channels in line with content plans and briefs
  • You will ensure the successful delivery and launch of all BAU content updates, marketing briefs, campaigns, trade activity and seasonal moments, supporting initiatives from various teams across the business
  • You will ensure consistency, accuracy and clear & correct taxonomy across the numerous CMSs and tools that the team use on a daily basis
  • You will analyse and troubleshoot CMS issues, promptly escalating to Product & Engineering teams and coordinating with them where necessary to resolve them
  • You will support in developing suggestions to improve content management processes and functionalities in the CMSs and tools to improve efficiency
  • You will support the business’ test & learn activity through the building and execution of tests across our owned tools and touchpoints
  • You will support the smooth running of our team operations through the tracking and timely updating of your owned briefs, tasks and timings on our team workflow board
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement mindset of the team through suggesting ways in which we can further improve both our team and cross departmental processes

Who You Are

  • You have some experience with CMS tools (direct experience with Coremedia would be a bonus) and managing high volume digital content across multiple languages and markets, ideally in a global ecommerce environment
  • You have experience coordinating tasks and workflows, working to tight deadlines and communicating with multiple teams simultaneously
  • You are process orientated and have outstanding organisational skills and amazing attention to detail
  • You have an analytical, flexible and reactive approach to changes and problems
  • You are a great team player with a continuous improvement attitude
