Summary

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our local marketing strategy. As Junior Convenience Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the creation and execution of local marketing materials ahead of the launch of the UK's Deposit Return Scheme (DRS). The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with both the local team and Envipco’s global marketing department to ensure strong and consistent brand execution across UK.

Main Responsibilities

  • Adapt and localize marketing materials while ensuring compliance with Global brand guidelines
  • Develop local marketing plans and support sales activity through collaboration, presentations, and customer communications
  • Take ownership of local marketing calendar / campaign schedule and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
  • Manage local social media, email campaigns, and digital communications
  • Support customer engagement initiatives and internal communications where required

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
  • Demonstrable experience in a broad, hands-on marketing role preferably within B2B, retail, or technology sectors
  • Experience across digital marketing, events, communications, lead generation, and sales support
  • Proven experience managing external stakeholders including European or central marketing teams, agencies, suppliers, and marketing platforms including CRM
  • Event and exhibition management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and delivery-focused approach with strong ownership and accountability
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency
  • IT literate including Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital marketing and creative tools
  • UK driving license and ability to travel
