Ringrose Law is looking for two enthusiastic and ambitious school leavers to join our busy and successful Conveyancing teams in Lincoln and Newark. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, develop professional skills and become part of a well-established and respected law firm.

No previous legal experience is required. We're looking for people with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. In return, you'll receive training, support and the opportunity to build a long-term career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Conveyancing Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting our conveyancing team and helping clients through one of the biggest milestones in their lives: buying or selling a home.

  • Supporting our Conveyancing Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks
  • Speaking with clients and providing conveyancing quotations
  • Opening and setting up new client files
  • Processing data accurately and efficiently
  • Preparing and sending client engagement documents
  • Applying for property searches on purchase transactions
  • Liaising with estate agents, solicitors and other professionals
  • Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
  • Providing occasional reception support when required
  • Working closely with colleagues as part of a friendly and supportive team

Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent
  • Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills
