The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter to join the Club L London team, an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in fashion.
Working closely with our Brand, Creative and Ecommerce teams, you’ll help bring the Club L London voice to life across every customer touchpoint. From product descriptions and homepage copy to emails, social and campaign messaging, you’ll learn how to create copy that feels distinctly Club L.
You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with a genuine love of fashion, a natural way with words and a strong understanding of the brands, trends and culture shaping the industry today.

- Write engaging, on-brand product descriptions across new-in collections.
- Support copywriting across the Club L London website, including homepage, landing pages and category copy.
- Create and support copy for email, social media, campaigns and wider brand communications.
- Work alongside the Creative, Brand, Ecommerce and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent tone of voice across all channels.
- Develop an understanding of the Club L customer and how we speak to her.
- Proofread and edit copy, ensuring everything that goes live is accurate, polished and on-brand.
- Support seasonal launches, campaigns and key trading moments with fresh, relevant messaging.
- Keep up to date with fashion, social and cultural trends, bringing new ideas and references to the team.
- Learn, develop and help evolve the Club L London tone of voice.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for fashion and an ambition to build a career within the industry.
- A strong natural writing style with excellent spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
- An understanding of Club L London and our customer, aesthetic and place within the fashion landscape.
- Someone creative, curious and full of ideas.
- A good understanding of social media and digital fashion culture.
- The ability to adapt your writing style across different channels and audiences.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous copywriting, fashion, marketing or editorial experience is a bonus, whether through an internship, placement, freelance work, university project or personal portfolio, but it isn't essential.
