Junior Corporate Account Manager - 12 Month FTC

We’re looking for a Junior Corporate Account Manager to join our London team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us nurture and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, using data-driven insights to solve workplace problems, retain revenue, and support market expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Deliveroo for Work (DfW) team. We are the dedicated B2B arm of Deliveroo, helping businesses—from tech startups to global law firms—manage their corporate catering, late-night team meals, and employee food perks through a centralised platform.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Portfolio Management: Support and nurture corporate accounts across the UK, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while tracking usage metrics to identify trends, mitigate risks, and maximize revenue retention.
- Commercial Growth: Translate commercial data and client behaviour insights into actionable account plans, uncovering opportunities to expand platform usage.
- Technical Support & Guidance: Develop product expertise across the DfW suite to advise clients on best practices, proactively resolving issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a reliable primary point of contact for your account portfolio, tailoring communication to build trust, address client needs quickly, and unlock growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams to represent client feedback, support account initiatives, and drive operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- Account Management Foundations: Experience managing client relationships, with a commercial mindset and a focus on driving account growth and retention.
- Analytical & Data Capability: Comfortable working with data sets and translating key metrics into clear insights to shape account performance.
- Proactive Ownership: Demonstrated capability to manage tasks independently, take ownership of day-to-day account responsibilities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport easily with external clients and internal cross-functional partners at various levels.
- Agility & Adaptability: Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving marketplace environment.
